What is Detailing?
Detailing is performing extra cleaning and maintenance in detail, whether cleaning the interior, exterior, or even inside the engine. The car will be truly clean from all dirt such as road dust, gravel scratches, grime deposits, and others. This cleaning even extends to wheels, car undercarriage, bolts, and other details. Using detailing can also address dull paint, fungus, and unpleasant odors in the cabin. Performing auto detailing also means maintaining component durability.
1. Checking & Cleaning Exterior
In this stage, the car is washed to clean dirt from the body and undercarriage. The detailer will also clean and smooth the paint surface from contamination such as overspray, asphalt splatter, and dirt from vehicle exhaust. Additionally, the detailer will perform paint correction (polishing) to remove fine scratches and restore the original color shine.
2. Checking & Cleaning Engine + Compartment
This stage involves detailed cleaning of the engine bay using safe techniques that do not damage engine components. The detailer also cleans other exterior areas such as the grille, door jambs, and emblems.
3. Checking & Cleaning Glass
The detailer removes fungal buildup and water spots from all glass surfaces.
4. Checking & Cleaning Interior
All interior components, seats, dashboard, door trims, carpets, consoles, air vents, and headliner are cleaned from dust, odors, and stains using chemicals that are safe for all vehicle types.
5. Checking, Cleaning & Dressing for 4 Tires
The wheels are cleaned thoroughly, including hard-to-reach areas between the spokes, using specialized wheel cleaning products from System X.
6. Pre & Post - Cleaning Inspection
The detailer conducts a full inspection before and after the cleaning process to ensure no area is left untreated.
7. PPF (Paint Protection Film)
The detailer applies protective coating to the body, glass surfaces, interior components, and wheels.
8. Curring
The vehicle undergoes a curing process using infrared equipment to accelerate and evenly complete the drying phase.
